Show/Breeding Sales Contract
This dog is being sold as a "Show or Breeding Quality" for the sole purpose of AKC Confirmation Classes and/or breeding.
Dog is guaranteed to be of Show Quality at time of sale and/or breeding quality. Seller does NOT guarantee the dog will attain His or Her Championship or that Dog will breed without any difficulties.
The seller will NOT be liable for any damage or injury cause by this Dog.
Dog will be provided a clean, safe environment with shade, fresh food and water, where they will not be subject to teasing or abuse and will live primarily indoors with buyers and will not be left outdoors during extreme weather conditions.
Under NO circumstances will this pet be turned over to any dealer, puppy mill, pet shop, commercial kennel, animal institution/control, dog pound/shelter, SPCA or other facility. Dog will not be allowed to roam unrestricted outside of secure fencing (unsupervised).
If Dog is no longer wanted, for any reason, or can no longer be cared for, Dog must be returned to seller unless other arrangements are mutually agreed in writing. NO refunds will be given. Buyer agrees that neither he/she nor the buyer's estate/executors may sell this Dog or transfer ownership of this Dog without the sellers knowledge and written consent.
Seller believes Dog to be in good health and vaccinations are current for dogs age and both seller and buyer agree pet appears healthy. Seller warrants NO guarantee on infectious disease.
Seller does not guarantee coat color will not change during the growing stages of Dog, nor condition or length of hair on longhair breeds. NO REFUNDS will be given due to color changes.
Veterinarian fees for the dog, from date of delivery forward will be the sole responsibility of the buyer and cost will not be reimbursed to buyer for any reason.
Buyer will take Dog to a Veterinarian for a complete health examination within 72 hours of delivery. If Dog is found to have a debilitating illness or hereditary disease within these same 72 hours, seller must be notified and a written statement from the Veterinarian stating these conditions must be presented to the seller before the return of this Dog to the seller. Seller may offer another Dog of equal sex and value or a full refund of purchase price minus the non-refundable deposit/delivery costs. Seller must be notified within these 72 hours and arrangements made for the return of the the pet. If Pet is not taken to the Veterinarian within these 72 hours all warranties are null and void, NO REFUNDS for the return of the Dog will be given.
Dog will be examined by a Veterinarian once yearly for health checks, parasite prevention program, yearly rabies and heartworm preventative.
Delivery charges associated with the shipping to or return from the new owners are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Customer agrees to the terms of the sale as listed. Signature indicates that this agreement will be fulfilled as stated.
