This puppy is being sold as a companion pet only and embodies the characteristics of the breed specified below. This pup is purebred and is registerable with the American Kennel Club on a RESTRICTED registration certificate.
This breeder supports the the practice of protecting our breeds from being bred for unnecessary reasons, protecting our breed standard and to controlling the pet population therefore, ALL PET PUPPIES are sold with a spay/neuter agreement to be complied with by the age of 6 months. All vaccinations and wormings are kept current until the time of sale and a record of such will be supplied to the buyer.
The breeder guarantees the pup is in good health at the time of this sale. The buyer is required to have the pup examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours of delivery. The seller warrants NO GUARANTEE against infectious diseases and will NOT REFUND any monies for vet fees incurred by buyer for exam or treatment. If the pup is found to have a debilitating illness or hereditary disease within this 72 hours the buyer is required to furnish a written statement from the veterinarian stating these conditions and the pup must be returned within 10 days of delivery, Seller will then refund the purchase price, less non-refundable deposit and shipping costs . If these conditions are not met within the 72 hours, then all warranties are null and void.
In the event that this pup acquires a genetic disease within one year of age the breeder agrees to replace this pup with a pup of same breed, similar value and color or a full refund of purchase price, less non-refundable deposit and shipping costs and the pup will be returned to the seller at buyers expense.
The buyer agrees to maintain the pups health, to provide yearly examination, vaccinations, heartworm testing and treatment. Buyer must provide a safe, clean, healthy environment and vet care for this dog for its full life.
The breeder has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding only dogs that are free of hip, back and elbow dysplasia and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care. Buyer agreed to provide a suitable and safe area for this puppy to play and exercise.
The breeder CAN NOT guarantee color or hair coat quality on any pup sold. Many breeds will change color as they get older. Once the pup is sold and delivered it CAN NOT be returned due to color or coat length/quality and no refunds will be given for this reason.
The buyer agrees that neither he/she nor the buyer's estate/executors may sell this puppy or transfer ownership of this puppy without the breeders knowledge and written consent. The buyer hereby agrees that if at any time the buyer cannot take proper care of the puppy the buyer MUST contact the breeder before taking such action with regards to this puppy.
